Our Warranty

At WildGear, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all items, covering any defects in materials or workmanship. If you experience an issue with your product within the warranty period, reach out to us, and our team will work with you to resolve it.

 What our Warranty Covers

  • Defects in materials and craftsmanship
  • Issues that arise under normal, intended use

What our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage
  • Modifications or repairs not made by WildGear
  • The warranty conditions set out by WildGear are considered null and void if a defect, malfunction, or failure is caused by:
    • Negligence in following proper product installation, operation, or repair/maintenance instructions/protocols.
    • Use of a product for purposes other than those it was created or designed for.
    • Neglect, poor handling, and/or accidental damage.
    • Third-party alterations, repairs, and “mods”/modifications without the expressed written permission by WildGear.
    • Tampering or variations to product markings and labeling (e.g. warranty stickers, serial numbers, etc.).
    • Contaminations of products by foreign matter, foreign material, or other products.
    • Incorrect charging methods, such as overcharging and undercharging.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Note: Return transit costs are not included in the WildGear warranty.

 

Returns

Change Of Mind / Item Is Unsuitable

If you have decided to return an item because you have changed your mind or feel as though the item is no longer suited to your needs, the item can be returned for an exchange or refund, pending the following criteria are met: 

  • The item is returned in a new, unused condition, complete with original packaging.
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it.

Item Not As Described

If you have decided to return an item because you feel that the item is not as described on our website (i.e. incorrect item dimensions, incorrect colour or model variance), you are required to provide evidence so that we can investigate your claim. If your claim is approved, and your claim meets the criteria below, all expenses (including freight) will be refunded to you in full.

Criteria:

  • The item is returned in a new, unused condition, complete with original packaging.
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it.

Note: We do not offer returns on SALE or DISCOUNTED products

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us: Email wildgearaus@gmail.com or message us @wildgearaus on Instagram with your order details to start the return process.
  2. Ship your item: After receiving confirmation, send the item back to us with its original packaging.
  3. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you have requested an exchange, and this is approved, the replacement item will be sent out within 1-2 days of receiving back the original item.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
